While our lives have been significantly impacted by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no doubt that we will get through this together. As we overcome our current challenges, it is my belief that lessons learned in working together, recognizing the value of the well-being of one and all, will be one of the great triumphs to come out of this worldwide tragic event.

Every day, more organizations and individuals are shifting to a new reality of remote working and learning. We suddenly find ourselves in a strange new world, where a Zoom or Skype screen filled with a matrix of faces has become the norm. Our remote team has been working this way for many years.

It is imperative that we take care of our people and the communities they live in. Nearly five weeks ago, we activated our company’s epidemic plan, and we maintain business continuity plans that cover most scenarios.

We know that for many clients, the pandemic has meant a major disruption to their lives and businesses. And we’re praying for those businesses and individuals. For others, the pandemic has meant a hustle to eliminate paper (which could transmit disease), and transform to a state-of-the-art, mobile-first, and cloud-first digital platform.
