  • Will my monthly or yearly subscription be renewed automatically?

    Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you'd like to change your plan or cancel your account.

  • How do I change my subscription plan?

    If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can find these settings in your account's subscription settings page.

  • What plan should I choose?

    If you want Single Sign-on with Okta, Azure Active Directory (AAD), or Ping Identity, choose the Enterprise Edition. If you need dispatch, workflow, tasking, or any premium connectors, choose the Premium Edition. If you don't need the above, choose Standard Edition.
